Return Policy

At Baugèste Paris, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit, or you've simply changed your mind, here's how returns and exchanges work.

1. Right of withdrawal (statutory cooling-off period) As a consumer within the EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Baugèste Paris offers a longer period than this legal minimum — see below.

2. Return window You can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt. This period starts on the day you receive your order.

3. Return conditions To process your return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Returned with all original labels/tags still attached
  • Returned in its original (or equivalent) packaging
  • Free of odor (perfume, detergent, smoke) and stains

Items that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be accepted, and will be sent back to you.

4. Excluded from return

  • Sale items or items marked "final sale"
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

5. How to return or exchange an item

  1. Email our customer service with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. You'll receive instructions from us and, where applicable, a return label via MyParcel.
  3. Pack the item carefully, including the packing slip or order number.
  4. Send the parcel back via the indicated drop-off point.
  5. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process your exchange or refund.

6. Return shipping costs Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered (see section 8). Returns are shipped via MyParcel.

7. Exchanges Want a different size or color? That's possible. Let us know when you request your return, and we'll process the exchange once we've received and approved the returned item. If the requested size or color is no longer in stock, we'll offer a refund instead.

8. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered items Received an item that's damaged, defective, or doesn't match your order? Contact us within 7 days of receipt. In this case, return shipping costs are covered by Baugèste Paris, and we'll offer a free replacement or full refund.

9. Refunds Once your return is approved, we refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used to pay (for example Bancontact or iDEAL). Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original order shipping costs are not refunded, unless the entire order is returned under the statutory right of withdrawal.
